About My Coaching
Personalised Health Coaching
One thing I have learnt in my professional career is that one size does not fit all! I have been there at the forefront of health advice, working with people to make sense of new recommendations and find a way to incorporate them into their everyday life. This included everything from those trying to manage their weight, make sense of a new diagnosis of diabetes to those motivated to change their lifestyle for the better.
We have all heard that we need to take responsibility for our health. Yet that attitude is easier said than done and we can often feel overwhelmed by the issues and challenges we face in our lives when trying to keep those healthy habits going. Health coaching is a powerful intervention and is a key component for you finding and maintaining your health. It’s a partnership. At smjwellbeing, I am that partner. I bring all those elements of your health and wellbeing together and with 121 coaching, I make your health and wellbeing relevant to you.
My Whole Health approach is grounded in the principles of lifestyle medicine. Lifestyle medicine is a growing area of medicine where your journey will be focused on evidence-based information and tools that will support you to make changes to your ‘behaviour’ (habits) that will ultimately support you to improve your ‘diet and nutrition, your levels of physical activity, your sleep together with your mental wellbeing and social connectivity. My focus is to support you in making sustainable changes that will improve your health and well-being. From the inside out! It will be centred on helping you stay SMART about making little positive changes that’ll have a positive influence on your health.
Together we will find a strategy that works for you, and you will not only have personalised set of goals but the ability to navigate the challenges you face with a set of tools and skills for staying up to date with evidence-based approach to health.

About Me
Fundamentally, I am a fellow human, navigating her own health journey. I have had the privilege of working within the health and wellbeing space for over 30 years. I have not only experienced the world of health from a professional perspective but also through my own journey.
I am travelling my own journey, I know how hard it is to juggle the many things we have in our lives. I know what it’s like to manage the ever-changing demands motherhood brings whilst trying to live a fulfilled, healthy life that means something to me. It’s certainly not easy with some days being more successful than others, I’m here to help you with the ongoing process.
I have tried many a journey, some successful, some not. With the right tools, skills, and information, it is possible to find that balance and discover what being healthy means to you.
